What do you think about grilled tuna steaks? I make great tuna steaks marinated in ginger, garlic salt and pepper, then I grill it with a tiny bit of sesame oil... let it rest for about three minutes, then slice it before topping it off with teriyaki sauce. Very tasty.

I actually saw Adam Sandler having an early dinner at the Brooklyn diner in NYC back in 1998. I didn't talk to him or meet him. I just saw him. He was at the table right behind me and my friend. He looked great, so natural and so pleasant, like a regular guy.

BTW, Anna, you are really a lovely person. You are so good at difusing a hostile situation. I do enjoy your posts and I enjoy swapping recipes with you on tuna salad, tuna casserole and grilled Ahi tuna steaks! :wave:
