Seeing people suffer makes Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno angry, and you wouldn't like him when he's angry.

Ferrigno, 65, best known for playing the green muscular superhero with an explosive temper in the 1970s and 80s, was at the FanBoy Expo in Knoxville, Tennessee, last week meeting with fans when a man suffered a seizure in front of him.

Frank McAlister, a US Air Force veteran from Philadelphia, Tennessee, wrote on his Facebook page that Ferrigno noticed that his son, Ted, was in distress, called for medical assistance and stayed with them until Ted recovered from the seizure.
