I went to IMDB and they listed Buffy as Elizabeth "Buffy" Paterson-Davis and Jody as Johnath "Jody" Paterson-Davis.

My question did they ever say this on "Family Affair" and if so which episode did I miss something ?

I seem to remember the Elizabeth part mentioned somewhere,
but I don't remember any of the rest of that Paterson stuff.
