we are goin on our 8th grade field trip on thursday at 5:15 in the morning to Williamsburgh,Virginia.Its gonna take us 8 hours and 20 minutes on grey hound busses

the first day we are going on a tour of williamsburgh then at night we go on a ghost tour then we go back to our hotel and the next day we go to buschgardens and then we go home and we come back at midnight saturday morning
it is gonna be so fun

That sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But anyways, we went on our big field trip. Highland Forest. :rolleyes: It was fun, but that was our only one for the whole year!!!! Next year, we get to go to Washington, DC in onna those big awesome buses!!!! :D

Next week we're going to Adventure Camp for two days. Ya get a choice between doing the tower (Which is like wall climbing), High Ropes, or ground initiatives. :D Next year, we get to go to Mackinac Island.

My school is to cheap to go on any field trips. Last year my town got a new middle school and it took up all the money. It couldn't even afford paper.

No field trip for me. I haven't had one since the 6th grade. In eighth grade, the other two junior high schools in my district took their 8th graders to Kings Island, but not my junior high.

Next year I'll be going with the marching band to New Orleans to play the half-time show at the Sugar Bowl (Everybody watch for me! I'll be playing clarinet... although there's 40 of us so that doesn't really narrow it down). That's hardly a field trip, though, since it'll cost $900, but it's as close as I'll get.

well...i did go to CSUN (california state university of northridge) in march for a health fair thingy. but other than that..nope.

I got to go to DC last summer, so no BIG trips this year. We get to go to Adventureland in Des Moines, IA, which is about 2 hours away from me. Yeah, i might not be going, cuz u gotta be passing all your classes! (OOPS!)

we went on our big trip to springfield for choir, but for school we'er going to Six Flags.

Our school's eighth grade field trip is to Disneyland!!! YAY!!!:D

I know how that is, the last 3 months of school we always have a paper shortage..... i'm in the 11th grade and haven't been on a field trip since 8th grade, i went to Charleston

wel our 9th grade trip is to great adventure...but im not goin...i hate rollar coasters and HATE great adventure so wuts the pt?

We never took an eighth grade field trip... i dont care though because 8th grade was stupid. I hated it. H.S. is soooo much better than that place called middle school.

Let's see...It's been quite awhile ago but in Eight Grade we got to go to San Francisco, the Bowling Alley, and Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo to the Swimming pool there.

Other than that I can remember feild trips to.... Mustang Waterslides in Pismo Beach(I think that's where it was) although that wasn't far from us. Probably a whole 20 minutes. Cal Poly College in San Luis (10 minutes who-hoo), the river to go Gold Panning, Childrens Museum in San Luis, and other stupid places not worth mentioning. All these places were in California by the way. :)

My school's eigth grade trip goes to Toronto, Canada.

Cool! We're goin to Canobie for Our 8th grade trip! When are you goin?

I think the 8th graders in my school are going to phoenix and i think its just for the day and us 7th graders are just gonna have a party or something all day lol

so was ours. "grad day" lol...

last year (8th grade) we went to disneyland and universal (for mentors and mentees). omg....universal studios hollywood. we went to the mummy maze, i have never screamed so much in my life...mummies popped up and followed us, it was dark too. and then at the end, my friend sacraficed me, how nice. then, jurassic park a big, i mean big, guy sat next to my friend (i was by the water) and the seat thingy wouldn't go down...it was so sad. umm..yeah. and the first part where they drop you like 1 feet i forgot it was so little so i started screaming...everyone just looked and...that was a tragic day...

When I was in 8th grade we went to Boblo Island which was a little theme park on the river between Detroit and Canada. It's no longer there though. You guys are lucky to be able to go to all those nice places.
