anyone know if dvd's of the original tv series are in the works? i would LOVE to see those... if not - who owns the tv series so we can pester them?

Please give us average-laymen-on-the-street a general idea what you mean ... for instance, who currently owns the Rights to, say, The Andy Griffith Show? Who "DOES" own the rights to THE ADDAMS FAMILY? Why hasn't it been on tv for the last 30 years? Has it gone the way of AMOS & ANDY (racially insensitive/politically incorrect)? Watz up?
