Mom and I recently saw Disney's Moana and a few minutes into the movie Mom and I heard a loud hissing sound like a flooded kitchen faucet and when this sound appeared the whole sound got really loud and it caused me and Mom to turn off the TV and the DVD /Blu-Ray player and when we started the movie again at that same part the hissing sound was gone and so it makes me think that there were defective copies of Disney's Moana being sold at stores. I don't recall Disney recalling copies of Disney's Moana anywhere until I discovered this defect when I watched the movie
Is there recalled copies of Disney's Moana?

not sure i don't own monoa on blu ray!! but when i brought lion king on dvd this lady said it wouldn't work on blu ray player i know it did but they took it back cause it missed up!! she thought that you couldn't put dvds in an blu ray player but i knew you could!!! if i was you i might take it back & get new one if it does it aging then tell them!!

I checked my DVD copy of Disney's Moana that I have in my room and my DVD copy didn't have the loud hissing sound when I played the same part. So it seems that only the Blu-Ray version of Moana has this problem
