He may look a little older, but I think that it is mostly his hair color that seems to make him look older.

In the Eve Plumb thread, it is mentioned that she is starring in a stage version of the TV show Family Ties. She plays the mother Elyse Keaton.

That is what the Closer article was promoting, but she answered questions on other topics as well.

The last question was about her not having kids. She said she was glad because they would remind her how old she actually was.
