No clue, but there's a comment from Dotty's daughter here, with her email address, if you want to write her. http://www.mindsetcentral.com/donate

At the Washington State health lab, epidemiologist Mike McDowell tested another of the samples that had been collected under sterile conditions by Sunny Hearn. He diagnosed it was a delivery system called a matrix, created to carry a virus or bacteria. He found it to contain the bacteria. "pseudomonas fluorescens", cited in over 150 military scientific papers as a biowarfare bacteria. When the remainder of the sample went missing from a secured medical locker, McDowell reported it to his supervisor. His supervisor told him not to ask any questions. It was the only time in McDowell's career that he ever lost a specimen.

Prior to the rain of blobs, in the skies over Oakville, residents were seeing a heavy amount of military aircraft traffic, many times a week. Dotty Hearn herself recalled, almost every day would bring more slow flying bombers, as well as military helicopters. None of them had markings, and all of them were painted black.

So it was allegedly biological warfare? Not out of the question, I suppose, but daaaannng.

In the episode one of the residents said it was biowarfare too very scary.

Amazing that if true so little interest was shown-oh yeah that was a germ warfare experiment gone wrong, oh fine.

That's essentially what I meant. A very chilling scenario, if true.

I always thought it was just waste out of an airplane. You know, like feces that were mistakenly dumped out in the air...

Sounds like a South Park episode, fecal matter

Wasn't it said there's no way it could be feces?

Honestly some kind of biological test whether authorized or authorized seemed like the only possibility

This was the allegation 3 years ago, why hasn't this been all over the news? Think citizens having biological matter dropped on them either accidentally or deliberately would be a massive issue. Don't even remember seeing it mentioned by the conspiracy networks who jump on stuff far less shocking.

I'm of the same opinion. I'm curious as to why this isn't of interest to certain groups I can think of that would typically be all over this...

Once I hear people claiming they saw black helicopters and airplanes I start hearing cuckoo clocks.

a lot of the unexplained phenomenon now seem to have logical explanations, but this one still stumps me. Anyone have any idea what happened??

I don't know about P. fluorescens being a biological warfare agent or about McDowell's story being true, but I do know that bacteria is used to make mupirocin, an antibiotic that's commonly made into an ointment to treat MRSA. After a quick Wiki study, apparently some strains also have applications in killing tree root fungi and eradicating Zebra mussels. Most importantly, P. fluorescens can be found naturally occurring in soil and water. I tend to think the most likely explanation is that Sunny Hearn's "blob" was simply contaminated by the environment in which she found it.

I'm not convinced anyone was out to test bio weapons on the citizens of Oakville, WA.

However, I too am very interested in what the goo actually was. It's been a while since I've seen the segment, but I seem to remember a claim about human white blood cells being isolated from it.
