I'm watching Big Love & I love Bill Paxton (Happy Birthday, RIP) and I am a little confused as there is a lot of stuff going on that is hard to keep up with.


Bill Paxton plays a man married to 3 women at once living in 3 separate homes. I am assuming this is illegal in that state. One of his wives' father, is also a polygamist and is married to a bunch of under age women ??? :eek: :confused:

But Bill's own father was once a polygamist and his wife, Bill's mother, and him (Bruce Dern) fight a lot & infact are enemies of Nicki's dad's group of girls....???


I'm in season 3 and he just stood trial but there were a lot of women that did not want to testify against the old man.

Also they all live like Amish country too but thats not here nor there.:crazy:


Please explain in Laymens Terms what is going on here!!???!?!?
