Someone is close to living a life like they're on "Dynasty" — and that may include some epic brawling.

The "Dynasty Mansion," famously known as the setting for the catfight between Krystle (Linda Evans) and Alexis Carrington (Joan Collins), is for sale at a listing price of $28 million. And the lily pond where the claws came out on the 1980s series is still intact.

Built in 1913, the Arden Villa's main residence offers 13,000 square feet of space including its spacious entertainment rooms, nine bathrooms, five main bedrooms and a lavish and luxurious master suite with dual spa lavatories and a grand private drawing room.

In addition, the estate that totals about three acres of land features crafted architectural details, seven indoor fireplaces, game rooms, office spaces, a wine cellar and the potential for additional rooms with its two additional levels.

The exterior is equipped for a party. In fact, it was built for bashes with its expansive grounds, lily ponds, enveloped tennis court, tranquil terrain and swimming pool.

Behind the massive main gates there is also a secondary residence (1193 Arden Road) with its own swimming pool, private entrance and 2,430 square feet.

Originally built in 1913 for railroad heir and mining tycoon William Kennon Jewett and his second wife, it's always been a place designed to promote privacy. But that doesn't mean it has been hidden from Hollywood's history. In addition to its time on "Dynasty", the estate has also appeared on "Matlock" and "Knight Rider" and in the film Billy Madison.

The listing agents for the property are Jack Chang and Nick Cacarnakis of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

The Pasadena Estate That Starred in "Dynasty" Just Listed for $45 Million

Linda Evans and Joan Collins made 1980s TV history with "Dynasty’s" famous lily pond fight. Filmed largely by the legendary actresses themselves, the Season 3 showdown saw an enraged Krystle Carrington cornering Alexis Colby, leading to an epic waterlogged brawl involving high heels, a handbag, and ruined couture.

Fast-forward some four decades, and the storied Arden Villa in Pasadena where the brawl took place has now popped up for sale. Currently owned by Avengers: Endgame co-director Anthony Russo and his wife, actress and producer Ann Russo, the property is listed with Brent Chang of Compass and Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates for $45 million.

It would set a city record if it sells near the asking price.

Hidden away behind towering hedges and a gated 100-foot driveway on nearly three acres, the Palladian-style villa was designed for mining tycoon and railroad heir William Kennon Jewett in the early 1900s by noted architects Sylvanus Marston and Garrett Van Pelt.

The Russos purchased the place in 2019 for $15.6 million, just a year before Pasadena officially designated it a Historic Monument. Its timeless elegance has made it a favorite Hollywood filming location, serving as a backdrop for Terms of Endearment, Billy Madison, Knight Rider, and the iconic music video for the Oasis rock anthem “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”

Extensively renovated by the Russos in collaboration with Clements Design, the entire spread spans over 18,500 square feet with eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Anchoring the compound is the roughly 16,000-square-foot primary residence, which features formal living and dining areas, plus a modernized kitchen outfitted with premium appliances and a walk-in pantry.

Elite luxuries include a gym, game room, movie theater, and wine cellar. A detached midcentury guesthouse of about 2,400 square feet, added in the 1940s, has its own pool and gated driveway.

The lily pond sits just beyond the main swimming pool and spa, which is flanked by a fireplace and a pool house. Elsewhere, the garden-laced grounds include a greenhouse and a tennis court complete with a pergola-shaded viewing area.
