"The Librarians" will be coming back for more adventures! And when they do, fans will be treated to two new faces.

EW can exclusively reveal that both John Noble and Rachel Nichols will guest-star on the TNT series when it returns for its fourth season.

Noble, who will only in the season premiere, will play Monsignor Vega, a Vatican bishop who is secretly the head of the Heretical Order of the Shadows. Driven by their radical beliefs, the 300-year-old sect of the Roman Catholic Church is focused on bringing about the return of the Dark Ages. Only to do so, they must first destroy the Library.

Nichols will recur as Nicole Noone, a skilled fighter and Flynn’s previous guardian, who he’d thought perished 13 years ago (and before the start of the series). Nicole was the one who helped Flynn adjust to his new responsibilities when the Librarian had just taken on his new mantle.

Unfortunately, their partnership came to an end when they attempted to stop the ninjas of the Deadly Scorpion Leagues from stealing H.G. Wells’ stolen time machine, which then exploded. Now Flynn has to figure out whether they can trust this mysteriously resurrected guardian — and what it means for his relationship with Eve, his current guardian.

"The Librarians" Season 4 is slated to begin later this year.
