The show is now joining BET airing 10AM hour, and it goes with off-time clock. Not sure why blog does not announce the news

Apparently this airing is just for this week weekdays according to schedule. Nothing is clear if it's meant to be permanent, it might look like it.

EDIT: BET wasn't sure if it will commit to continue airing, and for last minute notice, it will air weekdays 10AM

BET needs to take notes from TVOne (then again, 90 percent of the time you turn to TVOne they're airing Sanford and Son or Good Times) and Centric. Show more old programs and create some good new programs. All they do is play the same trash movies over and over again.

BET last month aired George Lopez weekdays 10AM. George Lopez show is a Latino show, not a black show.

George Lopez previously had a history of airing CMT, maybe VH1, ION, all other networks I can't remember (other than currently airing Nick@Nite show).

Viacom networks has been doing this for other shows, nothing is pretty much new though. Friends on MTV. That 70s Show on Comedy Central. etc..

Now BET on Monday June 5 weekdays will now have Fresh Prince joining BET as replacing George Lopez.

It seem's all these cable channels just play random reruns since ratings hardly matter as much as what the Megacorp owner can just airly cheaply cause they already have the rights to. Can't wait until CMT starts showing Martin,and MTV start's showing Matlock.

It wouldn't surprise me if that actually happened. Viacom is a joke. They just haphazardly air shows at whatever time and channel they feel like. They never stick to a straight schedule anymore. Names like CMT, BET,
MTV don't mean anything anymore. They just show whatever random junk they feel like showing.

I don't think they'll ever air Seinfeld or Friends. They are considered too white-bread. They don't have as much appeal with African-Americans as shows like Roseanne, The Golden Girls (black women love this show), George Lopez etc. That's a generalization based on many AAs I've interacted with, there are exceptions to everything of course.
