Memories from the Set: Amanda Peet on "Seinfeld"
Peet’s stage fright was, in her own words, “still horrible, wasn’t dealt with, just so horrible” when she snagged the role of Lanette, Jerry’s date to the Tonys in the classic episode 'The Summer of George'.
To this day, Peet is still plagued by the same anxiety. “Anytime I do anything that is live, I call Sarah Paulson and say the same thing: I will pay you $1 million if you would just please come here and do this and have me not be here.”
