I once heard that boredom is a form of depression. Also I once heard that boredom is a sign of genius since geniuses need to do things that challenge them . I have been told that there is such a thing as situational depression in which a lot of external factors cause a person to be depressed such as loss of a job, death of a loved one, illness, etc. Of course, some people have clinical depression in which they feel sad and lonesome and bored and dreadful even if no one they loved died, or if they are not physically in pain , or if they have no need to worry about losing their home or going hungry etc. Anna Karenina 07-13-2018, 09:54 PM I can't wait for this freaking summer to end already.
