Hello, I had purchased a set of this show a long time ago from someone on iOffer but was wondering if there was anything better in terms of quality out there now. I know it has never been officially released so not looking 10/10 quality just better than what I have. If anyone could help, please let me know!

Thanks!

I have this series I got in a trade previousy. It's hard to say whether it is higher quality than your set. My set is 10 disc set in SP mode. It has menus with episode titles. So if that sounds like your set then it may be same. It's obviously taken from a VHS source from USA airings. I'd say 7 to 7.5 quality. But again everyone's scale is different

To my knowledge, there has only been one set ever made of this show. The last time this aired anywhere on Planet Earth was on the USA network in the mid 90's before their lineup went to Hell. So, the episodes are undoubtedly vhs transfers of tapes from the 90's. Quality is about what you would expect, considering the source.

I would love to see a better set of this one day, but the series only lasted two years and isn't extremely well known. The show was a victim of network stupidity. At the time of its cancellation, it was *winning* its time slot on TGIF, but the network decided it wanted all Miller-Boyett produced show on its TGIF block, so a forgettable little one-year wonder called "Going Places" got it slot instead and Just The Ten Of Us got the axe. "Going Places" did not go places and was thankfully and quickly cancelled, although some of the cast got reshuffled into a far superior sitcom you may remember called Step By Step. It's just unfortunate that Miss Somers seems to have lost her mind these days. The president of ABC later admitted cancelling Just The Ten Of Us was a mistake. Who knows what would have happened had it lived on. I had pegged Brooke Theiss has a breakout star, but that ended up going to Jamie Luner instead. Weird how things work out.
