Hey guys...

Bear with me, as I just started watching Alice after 20+ years (it hasn't been available where I live)

Could someone tell me when exactly they believe the Linda Lavin/Polly Holiday feud began? This is truly surprising to me; I didn't know Linda was a DIVA!!!

We know that the show's name is Alice, and Polly became the star.
That being said, can you pinpoint episodes where you guys see there are problems (eye rolls, tension in delivering a line, etc)?

I started watching the fourth season and I noticed Polly doesn't have that many lines, even when the story is about her.

Did Linda ever reach out to Polly after the show's run ended?

I guess Linda really thought she had some pull when she decided to sing the opening for season 4 her way...it was godawful lol

I've also been curious about in which episodes the Lavin eye rolls occur. I did notice one in an episode that aired yesterday, but I'm pretty sure that the script called for it in that instance. It seemed more like Alice rolling her eyes at Flo than Linda rolling her eyes at Polly.
