In the "Cabin Fever" episode there's a scene where Mel, Marie, Alice, Vera and Flo are sitting in the bath tub together. In the season 4 opening credits there's an identical scene except Marie is replaced with Tommy. I guess they shot the scene with Tommy in place of Marie strictly for the purpose of using it in the opening credits.
