"I was in the pilot of Miami Vice and I actually played Crockett's original partner, but I got blown-up within the first 5-minutes of the show.

What I remember is being in the wardrobe department getting fitted and Don Johnson was there with me and he took all of his clothes. They were these beautiful silk suits and he just rolled them up into a ball and tossed them to the side. That became the staple for what the show was, he was fetching-forward."
