You summed up my thoughts exactly. I loved Crystal but I really loved Bonnie, as well. I wish I could choose both of them. One of my favorite scenes in the entire series is Bonnie's You've Really Got a Hold On Me from Scenes from a Barbecue.

Although I like Natalie West, the character of Crystal usually grated on me. That said, I think Crystal was the most natural as Roseanne's friend.

Crystal was alright, but I think that it made sense when Jackie was essentially Roseanne's best friend anyways that the others were pushed aside since those two had so much great comic chemistry that a "non-related best friend" wasn't so much needed.

Curious if Darlene and Becky will turn out like them on the reboot... I remember in season 8 when Lecy came back, it was starting to point that they could end up becoming like them.

I'd vote for Chrystal too. She was pretty cool. And so was Bonnie. Was she married to David Crosby in real life? And was she a singer in real life?
