I found my copy of Whitney Houston's debut album and came across a song called Nobody Loves Me Like You Do that she sang as a duet with Jermaine Jackson but when I was reading music facts I discovered that this song is also an Anne Murray song too and it is a surprise that Anne Murray covered this song because I first heard Nobody Loves Me Like You Do sung by Whitney Houston and she sings it beautiful
Is this song really rare and was the Whitney Houston version of Nobody Loves Me Like You Do released as a single too?

Oh so Nobody Loves Me Like You Do was sung by Anne Murray and Dave Loggins after all. What a surprise because when I first heard the song the liner notes say that the late Michael Masser wrote it and it's such a pretty duet that Whitney did with Jermaine Jackson and it has a wonderful country sound to it. It makes me wonder if Whitney Houston could've done a country album if this cover song was a successful hit in the 80's

I got to listen to Anne Murray's version of Nobody Loves Me Like You Do a few days ago and it's such a pretty ballad that showcases Anne's talent and Dave Loggins makes it such a great song to play at a wedding. My aunt likes Anne Murray and has lots of her albums and I think Whitney Houston did a great job with the cover of Nobody Loves Me Like You Do and Jermaine Jackson made a perfect duet partner to sing the song with Whitney Houston
