bring back old shows for TeenNick (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programs_broadcast_by_TeenNick)

remove shows currently airing on the channel

more variety in their regular programming and on The Splat

bring back Figure It Out

bring back more of the recent short-lived shows for TeenNick (and more of it)

more variety in their new shows and stop cancelling the good ones so quickly - and stop making so many completely stupid ones; Henry Danger is good but it really borders on being stupid sometimes - I think they need to have more shows with kids of different ages and stop trying to write like kids are idiots and don't appreciate complete thoughts.

TeenNick:
-aired more shows that haven't been aired on TeenNick in a very long time

The Splat:
- expand from 8 hours to either 10 or 12 everyday
- make each & every show in 'on the clock' format, not 'off the clock' format
- aired more variety of Nick programming from the 80s & the 90s
