1. When presenting a problem to Ward or June, always present it as a hypothetical situation. Never present the real problem, especially at :15 or :45 past the hour, or earlier.

2. When Ward is going to lecture Beaver or Wally in their room, and one has to leave, always use the phrases, "See ya, Beav (or Wally)", with the same reply, in reverse.
