Can I add a big ditto to this? I love All in the Family, but it really started to suck when Sally and Rob left. I love All in the Family, but it just didn't connect as well as it did when you had Archie, Edith, Mike and Gloria. When Mike and Gloria and they introducted Stephanie....the ship just failed to make it home.

Warren on The Andy Griffith Show- I'm surprised someone hasn't mentioned him yet. I kind of liked Warren, granted he wasn't Don Knotts or a Barney Fife but at least he added a bit of humor to The Andy Griffith Show during the years Andy acted annoyed in every scene.

How could I forget Christine Armstrong on "Coach"??? IMHO she never fit the mold of the show. It was always Hayden Fox and his assistant coaches. Nobody else. Anyone else on the show is like the proverbial monkey wrench in my book.

The only person I can think of that I didn't like on one of my favorite shows is Sam from Diff'rent Strokes. Sometimes cuteness can be annoying as it definitely was in his case. One more that I just thought of that I dislike even more then Sam is Steve Urkel from Family Matters. That show had great potential to be a classic before he joined the cast.

The character that I hate most is Roseanne on Roseanne, most annoying person I 've ever seen on tv!

Sam on "Diff'rent Strokes" (although okay some of the time, he was a bit annoying other times)

Chrissy on "Growing Pains" (Why do long running, great sitcoms that begin to lose speed think they need a cute kid? I'd rather watch the cute kid from the beginning...)

Andy on "Family Ties" (see "Growing Pains" lol)

Stephanie on "All In The Family" (see "Growing Pains" lol)

Miles on "Golden Girls" (I just never liked him! I don't know why)

Bubba and Iola on "Mama's Family" (I liked the original NBC version MUCH better, although these two got MUCH better towards the end of the MF run)

Pippa on "Facts of Life" (what the heck was the point to bring her on, lol?)

Urkel on "Family Matters" (I liked Steve the first few seasons he was on, but it was sad to see the series turn to sci-fi gimmicks...)
