I am trying to determine (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bones/comments/46gl03/is_temperance_brennan_autistic/) if her character (https://www.glamour.com/story/bones-series-finale) is intentionally flat due to her dead personality (http://www.fanpop.com/clubs/bones/answers/show/28678/does-bones-aspergers-syndrome-read-article-where-find-online-details-thought-someone-else-bit-more-information-such-true-what-episode) or if she's supposed to be autistic (https://wrongplanet.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=164782). Part of me wants to say it has to do with the direction and allowing a Deschanel to act however she pleases since it's Fox.

Could there be some abusive incidental issues on this show along the way somehow, TBH, IMO?

Why Bones Is Never Officially Diagnosed As Autistic In The Show (https://screenrant.com/is-bones-autistic-diagnosis-explained/)

"Is Bones autistic?" is a question many fans of the classic Fox show have pondered, and both Emily Deschanel and the showrunner have an answer.
