This is the second evening in a row that I've been redirected to a porn site out of nowhere when browsing this site. Has this been happening to anyone else?

I'm in the same boat too, so it's the website and not your computer. What's really frustrating is that this used to be one of my favorite websites to view at work, until I saw an X-rated popup two days ago at work:mad: . Now I can't risk looking at this site at work.

Obviously, the administrators need to look into this

I've asked users yesterday on this message board to sign my petition to get all of the Houston isd's children who ride the school bus to and home from school on time everyday, but they ignored me and I don't know why. The bus service has been horrible ever since I was little and nobody has cared to do anything about it. This is why I'm trying to do something about it myself without my family knowing or anybody I work with knowing.

You should try posting your petition on a local community website or Houston-specific board. Also, since this petition isn't sitcom-related, it could be regarded as spam by the moderators if enough people report it.

Some antivirus programs might have protections against such site redirections, but you'd need to investigate how to enable such features in yours.

It just happened to me again. I really don't feel like doing all of that stuff except for telling TJ and Janice and I'll do that tonight. I have Webroot.

It might be worthwhile to clear out your internet cache, too.

Is that the same as clearing browser history?

I've tried blocking the url, but I just saw the ad that re-directs for the first time. I posted on the Google AdSense forums for help in trying to get them removed. We obviously would never run anything like that.

Randomly. I still get them several times a week. It's very annoying, but when it does happen then I just delete it from my history and do a virus scan.

I have AdBlock Plus on my Browser and Avast ! Virus protection on my computer for years and so far no problems or redirects to porn sites from any forum site. . . . . . .

This has unfortunately happened to me at least twice in the last few weeks. It seems to redirect almost immediately after a new page loads and can happen to any page randomly.

Same thing happened to me too when i redirected to porn site.. actually on ocassionally, not too often. i had to go back and go sitcomsonline.com again.

It happened to me last week and I wasn't fast enough to close the window so it kept popping up. Had to turn off the computer and open it in safe mode and run my anti-virus program. That's the first one I've gotten in a really long time and boy what a hassle it was. :mad:

It happened to me once several days ago but it went off in just a couple of seconds and I haven't seen it since.

Use Adblocker, this stuff never happens to me since I started using it.

I use AdBlockPlus for a few years and so far zero problems with ads.. . . . . .

I forget how I did it exactly, but somehow in the options I made it so the browser will not redirect automatically to another page. Ever since I did that, I haven't had this problem.

Being redirected to a porn site isn't good at all. This happens to me also once in a while when I'm on here. Not all the time, but it happens occasionally. A person shouldn't have to use adblock in order to prevent it. I'm not a computer expert, but I wonder if this site is being hacked and redirecting users to a porn site. If that's what it is, it needs to be fixed so this redirecting doesn't happen anymore.

Probably one of the ads is doing it. It's happened to me before although I haven't seen it yet this time.

If you guys disable scripts does it still happen?
