I seen this episode on life time a couple of years ago. Just wondering if there was an update or a thread dedicated to it.

From what I can remember (forgive me if wrong) A woman with brown hair give birth to a baby and after three days of every thing being fine and well was told her baby had died.

For years she was going to a grave and mourning till another family said it was their child's grave.

Pretty sure there was no record of her babies grave or death and she believes her baby was stolen and illegally adopted?

I have seen many, many repeats of a range of segments and was hoping to catch it again so I could google the names but haven't seen it since.

Hope some one can help! Thanks in advance.

That is the case of Marlys Thomas, searching for her daughter, Mary Agnes Gross: http://unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com/wiki/Mary_Agnes_Gross

I don't know if there is a thread dedicated to the case. Unfortunately there are no updates to this case as far as I know; in the segment though, Marlys did have the remains of her "daughter" exhumed and DNA confirmed that it was not her daughter.

Thank you so much for the quick reply.

So sad to hear that there isn't an update.

Marlys emotions really came through on the segment and I really felt for her. After all this time I guess there is slim to no hope in finding her daughter.

Just finished reading the link and curious what do people think?

The inconsistency the hospital produced make me feel they either have something to hide or incompetent.

Very strange that Marlys got a photograph a few month after the 'death' if I remember rightly it was shown on the show wasn't it?

I would like to believe that Mary is alive, shes had a great life and has no idea of this heart wrenching past.
