Great title, based on what I hear about Gomer's sexual preference

Probably the funniest scene in the episode is when Carter takes the Jeep and goes all the way to the top of a secluded hill, just to let out a big bellow. But aside from that, this is one of the funniest shows in the series.

You're confusing the character with the actor.:rolleyes: Gomer was straight, Jim Nabors is gay.

"I'm Always Chasing Gomers" is another good one. It was fun seeing Sgt.Carter with his mom and Kathleen Freeman was a very good choice. She was a funny actress and she and Frank Sutton worked well together.

Gotta say that and the episode that follows with Carol Burnett running a talent show were very weak episodes.
