This has really been bugging me over the past few months. I bought the season 1 DVD set this year because I thought that I was going to see an episode that had never been broadcast. Instead I get the set just to see the same pilot with a few additional features to it (different opening credits/title and extended scenes). That hardly gives the episode the "unaired" label

Don't get me wrong, I love the DVD sets because they include some amazing bonus material that we can't find elsewhere, but the unaired pilot tease was not cool.
