I've been reading that the season one DVD of Golden Girls is missing either one or two episodes. The episodes in question are episode 14, "That Was No Lady," and episode 25, "The Way We Met." Can anyone who has purchased season 1 verify this, please?

If you're contemplating a purchase of Season One, it comes highly recommended. At least by me! :D

Most of the seasons have some fun, special feature to enjoy. Season One has a special feature on it where Joan Rivers and her daughter Melissa do a funny spoof of the wardrobe that the GG wore, shoulder pads and all. :lol:

I'd like to have every season of Golden Girls, but when I hear about a series where the DVDs have missing episodes or are highly edited I'm much less likely to want to buy.
