Over a year ago, I started a thread called "Almost as Good". Because of various replies that it got, it is presently on the first page of this section. The main point of this thread was an episode of "Friends" in which the character of Monica wore a lovely outfit that included a pair of designer boots that I thought were to die for! In order to help you understand what I am on about, I will have to backtrack a little bit. When I was thirteen years old, I fell in love with the site of Julie in boots in general and the boots that she wore in "Katie Steals Julie's Jock" in particular. In between then and now, I have seen hundreds, if not thousands of babes in boots! Whenever I see a female in boots on another show (or in real life), I measure her appearance against that of Julie from this episode. There have been quite a few chicks that I thought looked almost as good in their boots as Julie looked in hers. Monica from "Friends" is one of these females. In fact, all three of the female main characters (and some of the supporting characters) have worn boots that I thought they looked darling in throughout the run of the series. In any event, after posting "Almost as Good", I started a thread called "Boots in the Title". This thread was about another episode in which our friend Monica wore boots. The episode was called "The One with Monica's Boots". I have since written about this episode and called the thread "Boots in the Title". Being that this thread has never received any replies, it is pushed down to the third page of this section. Well, I would now like to inform you that this episode is being broadcast in syndication on a local channel at 9 o'clock tonight. After I submit this thread, I plan on heading over to the "Friends" page and telling my buddies there all about it. Hope to see you there!
