Anyone yet see it on Hulu? I wonder if the episodes are unedited?

I don't subscribe to Hulu, Ron Ron, but for complete episodes, you can't beat having the DVD's. I find a little extra scene and dialog in just about every episode. Makes me smile! :D

I was wondering about that. Lifetime and Logo airings are a little different because certain scenes are cut depending upon the channel.

I have the dvds but even those are missing a scene on some of the episodes. The Hallmark and TVland episodes are heavily edited.

Does anyone know what the original uncut episode running times were? I made this list based on the air times Hulu has listed for each episode.

Running Times for "The Golden Girls" on Hulu:

Season 1

24 minute episodes = 3
25 minute episodes = 22

Season 2

24 minute episodes = 4
25 minute episodes = 22

Season 3

24 minute episodes = 6
25 minute episodes = 19

Season 4

23 minute episodes = 2
24 minute episodes = 24

Season 5

23 minute episodes = 6
24 minute episodes = 20

Season 6

23 minute episodes = 7
24 minute episodes = 19

Season 7

23 minute episodes = 6
24 minute episodes = 18

These running times look about right for an 80s show.

^Looks like GG may not be edited or edited lightly.

I also wonder if that'll open-up other Touchstone shows like Empty Nest, Home Improvement, Blossom, and the short-lived Touchstone shows like Thunder Alley and Soulman?

Empty Nest airs on LAFF and I think it's uncut like Roseanne.

Oh I LOVE LAFF! They air so many good vintage sit-coms. And the channel numerically one further, (985) airs the old Sonny and Cher show, and the Cher show. Really fun to watch their antics from way back in the seventies!
