While listening to music I found a Donna Summer album that was supposed to debut in 1981 but due to Donna being pregnant with her daughter Brooklyn at the time the album was shelved and then was released for the very first time in 1998. The name of the Donna Summer album is I'm A Rainbow and was rumored to have the title track as the first single in 1981 and also featured a great remake of the Evita song Don't Cry For Me Argentina which was also gonna be a single from the album. Before this album was finally released in 1998 the only time the supposed singles were featured in the 1993 Donna Summer two cd greatest hits album and so far that cd was the only album where fans could get these two I'm A Rainbow songs. Is this the rarest album of all the Donna Summer albums released?

I believe it is, because even the 1998 release went out of print. However, it has since been re-released as a reasonably priced import and can be purchased on Amazon.

Donna was very upset about the album being rejected by Geffen. She was forced to record another album, the self titled 1982 album that was produced by Quincy Jones.

I didn't even know that Donna Summer's I'm A Rainbow album existed until I bought the album and I listened to it and it's a great album and as I listened to it I learned a bit more about it. Did you know that one of the I'm A Rainbow songs called To Turn The Stone was also a hit for ABBA singer Anni-Frid Langstad and two other songs featured on the album appeared on movie soundtracks Highway Runner appeared on the soundtrack of Fast Times At Ridgemont High and the song Romeo appeared on the Flashdance soundtrack. It's really a surprise that Donna Summer couldn't have Geffen release I'm A Rainbow in 1981 because if it were released it would have been a hit album on the music charts in 1981. I wonder now that Donna Summer is no longer alive Casablanca Records will rerelease all her albums in remastered versions and especially Geffen Records releases her 1984 album Cats Without Claws in a cd version and bring her 1987 album All Systems Go back into print because those are two Donna Summer albums that i'm missing in my collection

Casablanca Records doesn't really exist anymore. It's just a logo that's used on remastered releases. Donna' Casablanca and Geffen catalogs are both owned by Universal Music. They would be the ones to do any USA reissues.
But her Geffen era albums were reissued and remastered overseas and they can be had for very reasonable prices on Amazon.
