I was watching my favorite classic commercials DVD and I happened to see a commercial for Cheer Laundry Detergent that appears to be from 1969 and it starts with a woman telling her kids goodbye as they go to school and then outer space sound effects appear and a guy appears telling her about how to use Cheer Laundry Detergent while outer space music plays in the background and when I have seen the commercial many times I seem to think that the guy in the commercial is Leonard Nimoy because the guy has the same Spock hairstyle. Is that really Leonard Nimoy in the Cheer Laundry Detergent commercial?

Robert Rodan is in the Cheer Laundry Detergent commercial that I have? I didn't even know that he was from Dark Shadows and Mom used to watch Dark Shadows and I never knew that Robert Rodan appeared in commercials too. Did Robert Rodan appear in more Cheer Laundry Detergent commercials too besides the one I have?

I also have found another Cheer commercial that's circa 1979 and also features Robert Rodan dressed in the same outfit as the 1969 Cheer commercial. The commercial is in black and white so it must've been Robert Rodan's second Cheer commercial and I don't believe a color version of this commercial exists
