I have seen this segment 2 or 3 times on Lifetime reruns, but I could've sworn that the segment was presented in such a way that it was kind of a "did he or didn't he" commit the rape. Am I misremembering, or was it a different show? The vibe I got from the case was that he was guilty as sin and went on the run for years because he knew he was guilty, but I could've sworn the UM segment tried to play up the fact that it was possible that he didn't commit the rape. I know it's all a moot point now that he admitted guilt, but I seem to remember a re-enactment involving a car seat.

Yes, I watched this segment for the first time sometime last year. They did try to add some ambiguity to the case, as Kelly's defense team presented a demonstration involving the position of the car seat in the original vehicle to "prove" that the sexual assault could not have physically happened the way his victim said it did and therefore, she must have been lying. Of course, it didn't come across as a very convincing argument for Kelly's innocence since he had already gone on the run.
