Understandable, but I'll always picture him as that long haired skinny teen idol from the early 70's. Doesn't seem possible he's 66 years old.

Time does fly, whether you're having fun or not. :(

He's had some rough years recently. Hopefully he can get his act together personally and financially and have a decent retirement.

Age 66 isn't that old, but it seems that the years have been catching up to him lately and starting to take their toll, so I'm not surprised to learn that he's at least slowing down and going into semi-retirement. Hopefully he will still do an occasional concert now and then. He deserves to have some quiet time and take life easy if that's what he wants to do.

I like the first three Partridge Family albums, after the Partridge Family ended David recorded three albums for RCA in the 70's which are also good, he also recorded two CD's in the early 90's, 1990 and 1992, both of those are good too. Unfortunately, any music he released after that I've never taken a liking to.

It seems he went directly from teen idol to retirement.
