CMT is irrelevant with Comcast, as it was moved sometime ago into a higher-priced tier. They've undoubtedly lost a lot of viewers due to that.

More concerning to sitcom fans is probably TVLand. Cycle back ten or twelve years, and TVLand was quite a good channel, with a lot of classic sitcoms. Now, all they have in classics is endless Andy Griffith and Raymond (both good, but I'd like to see a few more) (not even addressing their western block--this is a sitcom site and I don't care about them)--good sitcoms, but I'd say you need a few more.

I fear this change will take them totally away from the classics and deeper into their cesspool of new, garbage sitcoms ("The Middle" proves you can have a successful sitcom that is not a cesspool), a good number of which fail after one or two seasons. But, I guess we'll see...
