Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman- "Ghosts" episode

If I recall correctly, I think it mainly shows it at the villain's apartment, as part of occultic items he was gathering together to fake a ghost (but wound up summoning a real one instead.) I think Lois Lane is shown consulting it at one point.
It's been a while since I've seen it, and due to the occult material in the episode, I've only skimmed through it, as I don't really believe in Ouija boards and using them- and I try to be really careful in watching anything with depictions of such things. (i.e. I do believe there's a demonic power behind it though in seeking to find out the future- something God warns against doing throughout The Bible.)
