What are some shows which historically had poor production values but we're considered somewhat good/watchable? Or just shows with poor production values in general?

Land Of The Lost (well at least the first 2 seasons.) Granted the show was aimed at kids so many of the episodes could be silly, the show brought in several science fiction writers to pen episodes- including Ben Bova, Larry Niven, Theodore Sturgeon, DC Fontana.

Power Rangers is a show with poor production values in general,not watchable.
