Mackenzie, aka Mickey, is an unapologetic degenerate who suddenly finds herself stuck in affluent Greenwich, CT, raising her spoiled niece and nephews: Sabrina an ambitious, 18-going-on-30-year-old who is a worthy adversary to Mickey; Chip, 13, an arrogant, entitled neo-con-in-the-making with an extremely punchable face; and Ben, an adorably fragile nerd. It's pretty much everything Mickey has never wanted. Regardless, she's determined to rise to the occasion and transform these little monsters into honest, hard-working, decent members of society - something she knows absolutely nothing about.

Let’s cut to the chase on this: unlikable people are just not funny. Even worse is when every single character in a "comedy" is unlikable for a full thirty minutes, and they praise an unlikable organization like Planned Parenthood. And yet that is what audiences are forced to sit through with Fox's new series The Mick.

The Mick revolves around irresponsible grifter Mackenzie “Mick” Murphy (Kaitlin Olson) who is forced to look after her niece and nephews after her sister is caught on federal fraud charges with her husband. The rest of the show just constantly puts Mick at odds with her equally obnoxious family members as they attempt to adapt to the situation. The icing on this awful cake would have to be this brief and meaningless reference to supporting Planned Parenthood.

I'll skip this.

The new Fox "comedy" The Mick is receiving some much-deserved outrage for its depravity and sexualization of children. The show revolves around foul-mouthed, irresponsible grifter Mackenzie “Mick” Murphy (Kaitlin Olson) who is forced to look after her intolerable niece and nephews after her rich sister goes to jail.

DS loves it. Me. not so much.
