mostly a girl question..well totally...but...do any of you use a straightening iron?

i do...i know, i know...it's bad but i can't resist. :D

ooo yah I do, I really like mine too, but before I straighten my hair I always blow dry it, yah and then straighten....I dont tolerate my hair without straightening it...I know its bad, but not my fault...eheh


Last week I burned my ear.....always not a plus

I've tried it but all it did was dry my hair out.

Ditto- If I even try to do anything with my hair like using an iron or one of those hair curler things it just makes my hair really dry and to me it makes my hair smell like I smoked all day or something. God, my hair is so annoying.

Blow drying it straightens it enough for me. :)

I do. I got naturally wavy/curly (@ the ends) hair so sometimes I want a change and use a straightener. I got one fore Xmas.... :D But, yeah, I blowdry my hair and than use it.

I use something similar to that occationally, but usually I either leave it natural or just blowdry it.

Everyday. I put hair clay in when my hair is wet. It helps keep my hair silky and not dry

I don't need to straighten my hair. It's pretty straight on its own, but it does have a very slight wave to it.

ahhhhhh a few weeks ago a burned my ear soooooooo bad!!! it KILLED

anyway---yea i use a flat iron....a lot

I couldn't use one of those straightening thingys even if I wanted to - my hair is waaaaaaay too short.
Even when I had long hair I never needed to straighten it cos it's naturally straight.
I used to have really long hair untill I was 11 and then I cut it all off. It's been getting shorter and shorter ever since. The next step is shaving it all off completely!! :eek: :lol:

you mean a laundry iron?! I did that once. Singed the ends of my hair! :lol:

I use one cuz my hair is SOOOOOOOO thick it's not funny. It's soooooo poofy! I can't use it myself though. My mommy hasta do it for me! :D

also, i once tried to straighten my clothes with a hair straightner cuz my parents were still sleep and they have an iron in their room....lol

My friend does that. I slept ova once and she was like, "C'mon. I'll do your hair" I tookone look and was like "nooooooo way." lol
