Bryan Cranston Discusses "Malcolm in the Middle" Movie Chances: "There Has Been Some Conversation"
by Chancellor Agard

Bryan Cranston says a "Malcolm in the Middle" movie could happen.
On Sunday, Cranston participated in a Reddit AMA with James Franco to promote their new movie Why Him? During the Q&A, a fan asked when will the "Malcolm in the Middle" movie happen, and Cranston said that there has been talk of doing one.
“There has been some conversation about that,” wrote Cranston. “I don’t know if or when that could happen, I guess we have to gauge the temperament of the fans to see if it’s something they want. But maybe. It would be fun to play with all those people again.”
This isn’t the first time Cranston has said he would be open to reviving Hal for a feature film.
In June, he told E! that he hopes it happens “for no other reason than that I miss those people like crazy and I stay in touch with them. The boys are doing great and Jane Kaczmarek is doing wonderfully and I’d love to.”
Why Him? hits theaters Christmas Day.
