Fran Fine was a style guru, and this Instagram account proves it once and for all.

When she didn't adopt the styles that almost asked "1968 called" or "1985 called", she had the best mid-90s styles and more. At the same time, she and wardrobe designer just about reinvented the earlier fashions in style and pattern and color. Because Fran did have style and carried it off with ease, especially the bigger hair as opposed to the pullback style with beret. That and who doesn't like bright, bold colors? She's a natural and just about everything she wore looked great.
