While everyone can agree safety is important, ABC's The Middle (http://forums.previously.tv/topic/51289-s08e08-trip-and-fall/?do=getLastComment) shows us how the federal government likes to overcomplicate even the smallest of workplace incidents.

Uh, sorry, but Mike's accident wasn't "the smallest of workplace incidents." He took a very serious tumble down a staircase and fell to the pavement. A "small incident" would be bumping your elbow against the wall or hitting your thumb with a hammer. Mike's accident had the potential for serious damage and even death.
