In the 90's exercise trainer Jake Steinfield who is the founder of the Body By Jake fitness empire starred in a wonderful and fun sitcom that aired on The Family Channel called Big Brother Jake and my mom and I liked to watch it sometimes because it had a neat storyline and Jake Steinfield was so funny in his sitcom debut. It's really a shame that Big Brother Jake was short-lived because The Family Channel could've made another funny season of it

Thanks for the blast from the past! I use to LOVE this show. I would buy it on DVD in a minute. The most memorable episode for me was when they didn't have any Christmas presents for the children and they bought gifts at a gas station. One of the kids got Sterno and another one got straws and napkins.

This series was not short-lived, it was on for four years, 88 episodes were produced.
