Today it was a lucky day for my mother and I when we got our air fryer today which was our family Christmas gift and the first thing my mom and I cooked in it was cheese sticks and they were cooked to perfection and we were amazed at our air fryer and it's our best early Christmas gift this year

We got ours as well, from my sister Michel; we got cookies and other assorted baked goods, and Michel and Eli sent me a couple of great presents: namely a 1979 book called James Herriot's Yorkshire (a pictorial and text guidebook to the settings written about by that famous British veterinarian in his life and work; this is what my sister Michel sent me), and a tea cup with the humorous saying "You have Cat to be Kitten Me Right Meow" (this is what my nephew Eli sent me).

Today Mom and I made pretzels in our air fryer and they were delicious but a little burned but we hope to make a better batch of pretzels next time. I can say this is the favorite family Christmas gift of my mother and I
