For years, Full House brought joy to audiences on ABC thanks to its likable attitude and storylines focusing on both the kids in the family and the adults. Spurred by creator Jeff Franklin, the family-oriented comedy lasted for 8 seasons during its original run. However, Franklin wasn't involved with the show through the entirety of that original run. In fact, the series ended on a note that he was never particularly happy with. So when Netflix decided to pick up Fuller House, Jeff Franklin used the new series as an opportunity to wrap up the original comedy in a way that made sense. I thought that the ending of the original show was good. Just before it ends, we see that D.J. is getting ready to go to her senior prom and her date ends of being Steve. :) :) :)

P.S. The only thing that I wish could have been shown was more of Joey and Danny with their love interests at the time, especially Joey's. We see him learn that Michelle's teacher is his Valentine's Day secret admirer during the final season, but we never see them together after that. The final mention of Danny's girlfriend I believe was also mentioned during that episode.
