It is like telling someone to find the person to whom a string of hair belongs to,
but I recall seeing a scene from a TV show and I believe it was one of those so-called "Crime dramas" such as "Law and Order" or "CSI" or maybe Forensic Files etc, and I actually have not watched Crime dramas much, and this was a few years ago. It was a scene in which a sadistic father was punishing his two teen children, one a boy another a girl, by having the teen boy hold his sister's head under water in a bathtub until she is almost drowned before letting her get a breath of air again. The mother and wife just stands by letting her husband "discipline" the kids this way.
Anyone know to which TV program this scene belonged to? Also the particular name of the episode?
It would take a TV addict to know this I guess.
