Some of you remember me, many probably do not, lol. I just wanted to say sorry I've been away for a bit. I've been going to school full time after getting laid off two summers ago, plus working part time as well. Just been so darned busy I really haven't done much of anything but study and work.

Also, sadly, I don't watch much TV anymore so unless it was commenting on old shows, I didn't feel I had much to add. Much of it's a time issue, but honestly, there's so little on current TV that interests me I don't know how much I'd watch if I did have time. I may be getting rid of my satellite soon if I don't find work; I'm going to be OK, eventually I'm sure, but money will be tight for a while and there's no point in paying for something I don't use much anyway. Still, if I do it, it'll be the first time in my life I didn't have television.

I hope all my old friends are doing well. I have missed you and I'll try to pop in more often. When I read about Florence Henderson's and Ron Glass's deaths, I just wanted to come back. Sad that's so often the way.

Anyway, take care and bless you all.

Michael

Hey Michael

It's great to see you back. I've been wondering where you've been. I don't watch many current shows either...just the retro channels. I haven't even been posting much lately. I must be all talked out. lol I'd probably get rid of my cable but I couldn't get anything around here without it not even the retro channels. Anyway It's great seeing you back my friend. I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. :)

Thanks, Sonny! It's nice to see there are still a lot of familiar names hereabout. I wish I had stuff like MeTv; I really don't have any retro channels, unless you count TCM, which is good but not good enough to justify paying for the whole package.

I'm sure when/if I get work I will probably reinstall the dish/cable...and I haven't actually pulled it yet, lol. I know I should but it's hard to part with, regardless.

I did have a happy Thanksgiving, and I hope you and yours did as well! :)

Thanks! I've always really liked your avatars; I grew up in the 70s but really felt like I was a 60s kid at heart.

Merry (early) Christmas to you, too! :)
