A Honeymooners Thanksgiving:

(Ralph & Ed are at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.)

Ralph: “Wow! Norton, look at all the floats.”

Ed: “There is my hero. Spongebob Squarepants.”

(Ralph rolls his eyes.)

Ralph: “There is Tom Turkey.”

Ed: “What a great bird.”

Ralph: “I’m sure glad that I got the day off today Norton. Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks for all that we have.”

Ed: “You are right. Our country is a free country. In other countries, they may hurt you for insulting the president.”

Ralph: “Yes.”

Ed: “I sure wish that I was one of the people responsible for holding one of the balloons.”

Ralph: “I did once fantasy about I when I was a kid. When I told people at school about it, they said: ‘Were you responsible for one of the balloons falling over?’”

(Ed laughs.)

Ralph (yells): “SHUT UP NORTON!”

Ed: “Hey Ralph, guess who is over there? It’s your mom-in-law.”

(Ralph looks and sees Alice’s parents.)

Ralph (yells): “OH!”

Alice’s Mom (yells): “HI SONNY BOY!”

Ralph: “Hello Ma.”

Alice’s Mom: “Where is my Alice?”

Ralph: “She didn’t want to brace the cold. We are going to get ready to come to your place tonight.”

Alice’s Mom: “I hope that you don’t eat the whole turkey like you did years ago and then do a number in the…”

Ralph (yells): “ALL RIGHT! I AM NOT FAT. TOO PROVE IT, I AM GOING TO LEAN AGAINST THIS BARRIER.”

(He does and it falls.)

Man (yells): “WHAT HAPPENED!”

Alice’s Mom (yells): “MY BIG FAT BLOB OF A SON-IN-LAW MADE A FOOL OF HIMSELF ON LIVE TV.” (sarcastically): “I HAVE A WHOLE LOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR!”

(Ed laughs at Ralph’s predicament.)

Ralph (yells): “YOU, MOTHER-IN-LAW ARE A BLABBERMOUTH. YOU, NORTON, PUT UP YOUR DUKES.”

(Ed runs away. Alice’s Mom looks like she is going to fight Ralph. Ralph runs away. This whole thing is being shown on live TV with Matt Lauer seeing this.)

Matt Lauer: “Look at this. I never saw this happen at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade before.”

(Alice looks on in disgust.)

Alice (sarcastically): “Yes, I have a lot to be thankful for.”

(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: "Ladies and gentlemen, Lets introduce every one of the cast. First: Audrey Meadows."

(Audience cheers as Aud comes on stage and hugs Jackie.)

Jackie: "Art Carney."

(Audience cheers as Art comes on stage and shakes Jack’s hand.)

Jackie: “And our special guest, Matt Lauer.”

(Audience cheers as Matt comes on stage and shakes Jackie’s hand.)

Jackie: “Boy. I hope that all of you have a Happy Thanksgiving and the Miami Beach crowds are the best. GOOD NIGHT.”

(Crowd cheers.)
