everytime I press shift to make a capital letter it stays in lower case, i have caps lock off, when I have the caps locks on and i press the key to make a lowers case it stays all caps, any solutions

It may be stuck somehow, try prying the key off then put it back again. If this doesn't work and if you can't fix it then your best solution is probably to get another keyboard. You should be able to find one at any thrift store for $5.00 or less.
